Terms and Conditions of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services or completing a purchase on AnimeHavenItalia.
This website is operated by ROSSOINBLU’ DI DE ROSA NICOLA (referred to as "AnimeHavenItalia" within the site). The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer directly to AnimeHavenItalia.
Accessing the site and purchasing our products implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Our e-commerce is hosted on the Shopify Inc. platform, which provides us with the technical infrastructure for online sales of our collectible items.
- Down Payment / Deposit: An amount paid by the buyer at the time of pre-order or a custom request to reserve the item. This strictly corresponds to 30% of the total price and is non-refundable in case of customer withdrawal or change of mind.
- Balance: The remaining 70% of the total product amount, due before handover to the courier for final delivery.
- In-Stock Order: Direct purchase of an item already physically available and stored in our premises in Italy.
- Pre-order: Reservation of a collectible item intended to be manufactured or currently in production. Release times are provided by the production studio for indicative purposes only.
- Custom Order: Items not in the catalog, sourced and imported specifically for the customer through our logistics network and foreign suppliers.
By placing an order or pre-order, the buyer declares to be aware of the nature of the product (often hand-painted or limited edition) and knowingly accepts the waiting times required for production or import.
As pre-orders depend entirely on the production lines of the studios, the estimated release date is not contractually binding. Any delays in production or global logistics do not constitute a valid reason for canceling the order or requesting a refund of the down payment.
Payments can be made through the secure channels integrated on the site (Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You can pay the full amount immediately or choose the option with a 30% down payment.
Strict 14-day rule for Balance: Upon arrival of the product at our warehouse in Italy, we will send a balance payment request notification to the customer. The customer has a maximum of 14 consecutive days to pay the remaining 70%. In the absence of payment or formal communication within this deadline, the order will be officially canceled, and the 30% down payment will be fully retained as compensation for incurred costs.
AnimeHavenItalia does not carry out direct shipments from third countries to the end customer without intermediate checks. All ordered products are routed to our sole centralized physical warehouse located in Italy, where the goods are inspected and labeled before final shipment to your home.
Timelines and Customs: For custom and on-demand orders, the international logistics journey from Asian countries (China, Japan, etc.) to our Italian warehouse takes an average of 14-20 business days. Should customs authorities apply import tariffs, duties, or processing fees on the cargo, the courier will notify AnimeHavenItalia of the amounts; we will promptly contact the buyer to collect these customs charges before releasing and completing home delivery.
The shipment of multiple orders follows safety and volumetric optimization criteria:
- Size constraints: If the accumulated products collectively meet the limits and maximum measurements provided by our partner express courier, they will be packaged and shipped in a single combined package. Otherwise, multiple separate packages will be created for the same address.
- Staggered Arrivals: In the case of multiple pre-orders or requests with different arrival dates, the logistical choice is up to the customer. The buyer can choose whether to have the items that have already arrived in the warehouse shipped immediately or to request temporary storage and wait for the last item purchased to complete a single shipment.
Given the extreme delicacy, fragility, and high collectible value of resin statues, returns for "change of mind" or personal preferences are not accepted. Assistance for products damaged during transport is provided exclusively upon presentation of objective and incontestable evidence.
⚠️ MANDATORY PACKAGE OPENING RULE (UNBOXING VIDEO):
Upon delivery, even before starting to open the packaging, the customer is required to record a continuous video (without interruptions, cuts, or edits) of the entire unboxing process.
The video must clearly and explicitly show:
• The original package still completely sealed as delivered by the courier.
• The visible and full shipping label (to verify matching logistics data).
• The live opening of the outer cardboard box, any brown box, the graphic box up to the inspection of the internal polystyrene and individual components.
All documentation, including the full unboxing video and detailed photos of damaged parts or compromised box sections, must be sent via email to animehaven.it@gmail.com within and no later than 48 hours from the official delivery indicated by the courier tracking.
Please note and Exclusions: The video file metadata (precise recording date and time) will be cross-referenced with the logistics carrier's delivery data to ensure perfect temporal coincidence. Claims supported by videos recorded after the initial opening or with seals already tampered with will not be considered. This strict procedure ensures that the damage did not result from incorrect handling or incorrect assembly by the customer, and represents the only valid legal tool to claim against the international supplier. In the absence of such a compliant video, AnimeHavenItalia reserves the right to refuse to open the assistance case.
In the presence of suitable and verified documentation, assistance will apply one of the following solutions:
- Replacement parts: Where provided by the production studio, original free replacement components will be ordered (shipping costs for individual parts may be borne by the customer).
- Partial solutions: For minor damages, we will agree on a partial refund in the form of an internal store credit to be used on our store, supporting the customer in the guided procedure for manual repair.
- Total return to supplier: In cases of irreparable structural damage, the return of the product to our warehouse in Italy will be arranged (with return shipping costs borne by the buyer). Once the item has been returned to the Asian supplier and the corresponding credit has been obtained from them, the customer will receive a full refund of the reversal.
