What is a Pre-order and how does it work?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve and secure a statue or figure before its official market release. As these are limited productions, the release dates and times are indicated directly by the production studio.
How do custom or on-demand orders work?
If you are looking for a specific statue or figure not listed in the catalog, you can contact us privately. We will promptly check the availability of the item through our network of international suppliers.
To confirm and activate the search and purchase, an initial deposit of 30% is required.
Can I cancel a pre-order or an order with a deposit?
In case of cancellation or withdrawal from the order by the customer, the deposit paid is lost and cannot be refunded, except in exceptional and documented cases evaluated by our staff. This is because deposits are immediately sent to manufacturers/suppliers to secure the unit in your name.
How do deposit payments work for pre-orders and requests?
When ordering, you can choose whether to pay the full amount immediately or pay a 30% deposit to secure the product.
The remaining balance must be paid once the item has physically arrived at our warehouse in Italy and is ready to be shipped to your address.
How much time do I have to pay the balance?
Once the item arrives at our warehouse and you receive our notification, you will have a maximum of 14 days to complete the payment of the remaining 70%. If this deadline is exceeded without communication, the order will be cancelled and the deposit retained.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the most popular and secure payment circuits: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What do the labels on catalog items mean?
On our shop, we apply specific badges to clearly indicate the availability and origin of each individual item:
- China Stock Indicates that the product is regularly available and will be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouses located in Asia. Transit and delivery times for this method usually take 14 to 20 days.
- Eurostock Identifies items physically present in our warehouse in Italy. In this scenario, once the purchase is complete, shipping is entrusted to the express courier on the same day of the order (barring unforeseen logistical events or holidays).
- Pre-Order Indicates a new item not yet released, currently in production. These products are reserved directly from the production studio.
- Out of Stock Refers to items temporarily unavailable or officially out of production.
How exactly do Pre-Order times and release dates work?
Release dates are estimated and provided directly by the production studio. Since the working phases on resins and GK statues require complex timing, official release windows are provided based on the commercial quarters of the year:
Upon actual market release by the studio, standard shipping logistics will follow the same process as China Stock, with direct shipping from the supplier's warehouse to your address.
Premium Quality Control Service on request: how does it work?
To guarantee you maximum peace of mind, for all items purchased in China Stock or Pre-Order mode, you can request our exclusive inspection service. Instead of receiving the package directly from Asia, we will have the item stop at our headquarters in Italy.
Our specialized team will:
- Perform a protected opening of the box in our laboratories.
- Meticulously check the integrity of the resins, paints, and all fragile parts.
- Send you high-resolution photos and videos via WhatsApp or email as proof of inspection.
- Repack the parcel with ultra-reinforced supplementary packaging before shipping it to you.
Service costs: Since this procedure requires double logistical handling (the package makes two distinct physical journeys), a small additional shipping fee is applied to cover internal transit costs, which becomes **completely free** for all orders exceeding €100 in total value.
What can I do if an item I want is "Out of Stock"?
If a statue or figure is out of stock or out of production, don't despair! You can contact our customer service directly: thanks to our extensive network of international contacts, we will do our best to search for and find the item for you through collectors or foreign distributors.
Furthermore, we recommend subscribing to our official Newsletter to receive immediate notifications in case of restock or to stay updated on new releases and upcoming rarities.
How are multiple orders or combined shipments handled?
Management primarily depends on the volume of products ordered and arrival times:
- Package dimensions: If the items collectively meet the maximum measurements allowed by our courier for a single shipment, a single package will be prepared. If they exceed these limits, the order will be divided into multiple packages sent to your address.
- Orders with staggered arrivals: If you order multiple products that arrive at the warehouse at different times, the choice is entirely yours. You can decide to have the items that have already arrived shipped immediately or ask to hold them in the warehouse until the last item arrives to make a single overall shipment.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
We know how delicate statues and figures are. Based on the severity of the damage found upon opening, we operate as follows:
- Replacement Parts: Where provided by the production studio, we can request free replacement components (the customer may only be asked to pay the shipping cost of the part).
- Partial Refund or Assistance: We can offer a partial refund in the form of a store credit to be used on our store, or provide assistance to guide you in repairing the statue.
Is it possible to make a full return for a damaged item?
In particular and severe cases, the return of the item to our warehouse in Italy can be agreed upon. Shipping costs for return are borne by the buyer.
Once received, we will reship the product to the original supplier for the issuance of a full refund to the customer.
